I don't know how summer has ended up being busier than the school year, but it definitely has!  My two internships are going awesome- although working on social media 75% of my day generally means I'm ready to be away from the computer after work (hence my lack of outfit publishing.)  I'll be on a work trip this coming week to help lead the Tennessee 4H teen conference- Roundup.  It was always one of the highlights of my summer during high school, and I have to admit- I'm still looking forward to it!

Chattanooga Cupcakes

What
Skirt: Target, $25
Dress (Worn as top): Shopmamie.com, $30
Flats: Old Navy, $9
Necklace: Forever 21, $4

Where
Visiting little shops on the riverfront in Chattanooga

Why
I know I say this everytime- but I LOVE this airplane & roses dress. This time I tucked it into my skirt and wore it as a strapless top. I added one of my owl necklaces- for some reason I'm completely obsessed with owl accessories- and really liked my outfit today... maybe my favorite so far :)

Also, if you're ever around the Chattanooga area, visit Whipped Cupcakes across the street from the carousel- SO good!

Missing Number Nine

What
Skirt (actually a dress)- Target, gift
Top: Target, $10
Wedges: Target, $20
Belt: NY & Co., $4

Where
Running around at State 4-H Roundup... I may have changed into sandals :)

Why
So I actually wore this a few days ago and totally thought I posted it until I looked back and realized my blog went from outfit 8 to outfit 10. But anyways...

Remember my dress from outfit #1? I decided to really try and think outside of the box functionality wise, and this is what I came up with. Since the bodice of the dress was fitted, it was pretty easy to just put this ruffle sleeved top over it and belt it. So now I'm wondering how hard it would be to turn this dress into a top. hmmm...
